Our fifth bargaining meeting took place on November 8th. Despite the efforts of your bargaining team, there has been no substantial progress at the bargaining table. We regret to report that, as of November 8th, the employer has completely refused all of CARE’s proposals.
We remain, despite everything, determined to negotiate a collective agreement that respects and values our members and our contributions to the university.
We will contact you before the end of 2022 to inform you of the progress of the negotiations.
