This Assembly will elect new executive members for vacant positions. The detailed agenda will be sent at least a week prior to the assembly.

- Bargaining Delegates for Research Employee unit
- Bargaining Delegates for Post-Doctoral Fellow unit
Executive Committee:
- General Coordinator,
- Grievance Officers,
- Secretary-Treasurer,
- Collective Agreement Officer,
- Communications Officer
